Helping you to explore various aspects of your client work, I use a cyclical model of supervision and bring creative ways of working into my practice.

Providing a non-judgmental and accepting space to build an effective and trusting working relationship, I hope that our supervision sessions will be informative, exploratory, highlighting, sometimes challenging and also enjoyable.

About me and my therapy practice

While appreciating your uniqueness, I will work with you in a supportive and collaborative way, while we explore your life experiences and the behaviours, feelings and emotions that may be causing you difficulties or affecting your day to day life. I work with you, looking at your past and present situations and helping you to find strategies for positive change. I am very aware of the importance of developing a trusting and open relationship while we work together. Throughout our work, I will be conscious of your individuality; you have your own background and perspectives. No problem is too big or too small to bring to counselling - if something is affecting your well-being and day to day life then it's important to get help and feel supported. I offer a non-judgmental and accepting space to explore deep feelings and aspects of your life or yourself that you'd like to change or understand. I have years of experience working with situations such as stress, anxiety, depression, bereavement, feelings of isolation, low self-esteem, difficult family situations, relationship issues, drug addiction, domestic violence, sexual abuse, anger management and self-harm. I work with adults, couples, children and adolescents.
